Additionally to our Appetite restaurant, our Brix Bistro also contributes to the experience of a Hungarian and international culinary journey. Thanks to its modern gastronomy and stylish design, our guests can choose from a number of delicacies and indulge in culinary delights.
The Bistro’s exclusiveness lies in our constantly changing menu, contemporary gastronomy, wide selection of wines, themed evenings, wine tastings, live music, coffee and cocktail specialties, locally made pastries and “Farm to the table” policy – we try to use the maximum amount of fresh produce provided by local farmers in the course of the preparation of our dishes
In addition to the wide range of food specialties, our astonishing choice of drinks contributes to the culinary adventure as well. We have coffees from all over the world, meaning that apart from the traditional strong black coffee or the usual cappuccino, our guests can try out several specialties too.

BISTRO EXPERIENCE
Brix Bistro is the perfect venue for various themed events, musical evenings, wine dinners, which are based on our wide selection of Hungarian and international wines. The terrace of the Bistro provides more and more opportunities and experiences during the summer season.
Brix Bistro is open during the whole year:
From Monday till Sunday: 10:00 AM-10:00 PM
A la Carte: 12:00 AM -9:30 PM
We offer every evening special gourmet dinner to complete our selection.
