We hereby inform you that Bonvital Solution Kft., as a data controller, located at 8380 Hévíz, Rákóczi utca 16-18., – Bonvital Wellness & Gastro Hotel****superior operates an electronic surveillance system (surveillance camera system). The electronic surveillance systems of the hotel are operated by the staff of Bonvital Solution Kft.
Please be informed that the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter “GDPR”), as well as Act CXII of 2011 on the right to information self-determination and freedom of information shall apply in connection with the rules of the recording, use and preservation of phonograms.
The electronic monitoring system will be operated as detailed below in order to protect human life, physical integrity and property, to prevent and detect infringements and accidents, to identify the perpetrator and to prove the infringements.
Legal basis for data management: the legitimate interest of Bonvital Solution Kft. in achieving the above objectives [Article 6 (1) f.) GDPR]. Bonvital Solution Kft. has Prepared an Interest Balancing Test Assessment regarding its legitimate interest, in which it established that the pursuit of its legitimate interest is proportionate to the restriction of the interests of the parties involved – with the introduction of appropriate safeguards and continuous compliance.
The scope of the managed data: the image and behavior of the guests seen in the images.
To protect the privacy of the personal information, the data stored on the server is protected by a personalized username and password to help determine which person and when accessed the data. Persons authorized to view the actual pictures of the cameras are the employees of the Bonvital Solution Kft. Authorized persons to view the recordings of the cameras include the hotel manager, or the deputy manager, or in case they are not available, the all-time manager of the hotel.
Persons authorized to view the recordings of the surveillance and recording system of the Bonvital Solution Kft. can only do so in order to prove violations made against human life, physical integrity or infringements of property and to identify the perpetrator, or in case of other events or accidents involving human life or physical integrity.
Bonvital Solution Kft. records the viewings of the recordings, their reason, date and time, and the name of the person who viewed the recordings.
Transmission of the recordings is only possible in the case of procedures involving unlawful conduct or breach of obligation, towards the authorities, courts that process the case. The data transmitted may include recordings of the relevant information made by the camera system, as well as the names of the persons that may be on the recording. Please note that those whose rights and legitimate interests are affected by the audio and video recordings, may apply for a copy of the recordings made
of him/her by the electronic surveillance system and may also request the deletion of the recordings in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.
Furthermore, anyone whose rights or legitimate interests are affected by the video and sound recordings, after proving his/her right or legitimate interest may, within 3 working days of the video and sound recording, request that Bonvital Solution Kft. not destroy or delete the recordings.
We inform you that you may at any time request information about the handling of your personal data from the Bonvital Solution Kft. You may also request the correction or blocking of your personal information in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. In addition, you may object the handling of your personal information.
We also inform you that in the event of the violations of your rights, you may file a lawsuit in accordance with the provisions and the applicable law, and you may initiate an investigation with the National Information Freedom Authority on the grounds that there has been a violation of the personal data or there is a direct danger of it.
