There is no refund for unused package items. The program starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of travel. Hotel rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival, and until 11 am on the day of departure! In case of arrival at a different time, please let us know in advance!

If necessary, we will take care of the storage of luggage.

In the absence of prior notice, advance payment or credit card guarantee, hotel rooms will be canceled without prior notice by the hotel in accordance with the payment terms and cancellation policy.

The ordered services can be canceled free of charge until the 7th calendar day before arrival.
In case of cancellation within 7 calendar days, the penalty is 100% of the package price.
