A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation. You can pay the deposit by credit card or bank transfer. The reservation is considered valid only in case of a successful credit card transaction or the transfer of the bank deposit received by the deadline.

There is no refund for unused package items. The program starts with dinner on the day of arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of travel. Hotel rooms are available from 3 pm on the day of arrival, and until 11 am on the day of departure! In case of arrival at a different time, please let us know in advance!

If necessary, we will take care of the storage of luggage.

In the absence of prior notice, advance payment or credit card guarantee, hotel rooms will be canceled without prior notice by the hotel in accordance with the payment terms and cancellation policy.
