The SPA reception and services are available from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 16:00, and on Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 to 18:00

Finnish Sauna (70-100 °C)
The hot, dry air of the sauna kills bacteria and viruses, while sweating removes toxins and waste products from the body. Its wide range of health benefits includes improved circulation, vascular regeneration, heart strengthening, and boosted immunity, helping to prevent colds and flu. The sauna rejuvenates the skin, relieves muscle soreness, and helps reduce stress. Increased circulation provides more oxygen to the body, promoting relaxation and regeneration. The sauna is both a preventive and curative tool.
Infrared Sauna (40-60 °C)
Regular use of the infrared sauna has numerous benefits: detoxification, improved skin appearance, cellulite reduction, strengthened immune system, more elastic blood vessels, calorie burning, pain reduction, and stress relief. Unlike traditional saunas, the infrared sauna uses infrared rays to heat, maintaining a temperature of 40-60 °C.
Steam Cabin (43-46 °C)
The steam cabin creates a different environment from the sauna. In addition to its soothing and revitalizing effects, it is beneficial for health and skin beauty. It operates most effectively at 43-46 °C with 80-100% humidity. The warmth causes sweating, raising body temperature by 1-1.5 °C, improving circulation, increasing heart rate, and reducing blood pressure.
Infrared Sauna with Salt Brick Wall
Salt particles dispersed into the air have beneficial effects on respiratory issues such as colds, nasal congestion, coughs, asthma, and respiratory allergies. Daily inhalation of the salty air in the salt-brick infrared sauna prevents these problems and helps alleviate concentration and sleep disorders.
